The Drum Corps International tour returns this month, kicking things off at movie theatres on June 18. The Drum Corps International tour returns this month, kicking things off at movie theatres on June 18. The DCI will offer early-season looks at the 2012 programs of top drum and bugle corps when Fathom Events and DCI present the second-annual “DCI Tour Premiere.” The one-night-only event will be shown in hundreds of theatres across the United States on Monday, June 18 at 6:30 PM local time.
The 2012 DCI Tour Premiere will be taped at this season’s kickoff event on June 16 in Akron, Ohio with performances from defending World Champion Cadets, Bluecoats, Cavaliers, Carolina Crown, Phantom Regiment and the Blue Stars.
