Berklee Teams with SNHU to Offer Online Music Business MBA

Southern New Hampshire University’s (SNHU) College of Online and Continuing Education will offer the nation’s first fully online MBA in music business in conjunction with Berklee Online, Berklee College of Music’s online extension school.

The MBA in music business, created in partnership with Berklee and SNHU, is built around a traditional MBA curriculum complemented by business cours- es that are specific to the music industry. Students will take nine MBA courses online at SNHU in areas such as managerial accounting, production and operations management, finance, information technology, and marketing strategy, and then apply what they learned to the music industry through forward-thinking, online courses with Berklee.

Courses to be taken with Berklee Online include Music Business Structures and Strategies, Music Marketing Strategies, Music Business Finance, and Music Business Leadership and Ethics.

The online MBA in music business program enables students from anywhere in the world to study with both Berklee and SNHU. With 39 credit hours to complete, students can finish in as few as 21 months by taking two courses per 11-week term. Additionally, admission into the program does not require the GMAT or GRE.; and
