The Buffet Crampon Prodige performance oboe (BC4062-2-0P), first introduced in 2016 to replace the 4052 performance oboe, features important technical, aesthetic and acoustic improvements that will allow beginning and intermediate students, as well as experienced enthusiasts, to progress quickly. It is one of the only intermediate oboes offered with an African blackwood body, silver-plated keywork and a full conservatory system.
