Denise Collins, the regional sales manager (Northeast) of J.W. Pepper, was awarded with the NYSBDA (New York State Band Directors Association) Distinguished Service Award to recognize the work J.W. Pepper has done for the New York State Band Directors Association’s Summer Conference.
Collins and her team at Pepper added score booklets for directors to take home during the NYSBDA’s Summer Conference.
“Denise’s integrity has made a valuable impact on the lives of music teachers,” says Linda Schmidt, Vice President, Regional Sales. “She is a humble and dedicated leader that puts her heart into everything she does for her customers. Thank you NYSBDA for recognizing her accomplishments.”
Collins’ background in music includes studying trumpet, music education and arts administration at Michigan State University, as well as teaching general music, band and choir. She has been working for Pepper for 14 year and has been regional sales manager (Northeast) for six years.
