Technology and Assessment presentation draws huge audience
Chicago, IL: The founders of Solutions for Teachers (SFT) were excited to see a packed house for their presentation “An Easier Way to Test Your Students and Get Your Life Back”. This company, founded by two band directors, had standing room only as they demonstrated the assessment system and software that they had created for their own band students.
When asked about the people they spoke to, co-founders Matt Ridenour and Josette Rechul said that they both “enjoyed meeting so many directors from around the country. We still get excited every time we hear about how our program meets their needs”. They added that they can’t believe the number of people who say this system is exactly what they’ve been looking for. Both Ridenour and Rechul attribute the validity of their system to the fact that it was created by real veteran teachers and not in a board room.
Highlights of their presentation included:

About Solutions for teachers: Solutionsforteachers.com is in it’s third year of existence and was founded by co-teaching band directors with over 45 years of combined experience. They were searching for a better and consistent way to assess, while also meeting the requirements of the many levels of administration and legislature.
